Bacon Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients: 

8 slices white bread, crusts removed
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 oz sliced mushrooms, drained
1 ½ C cheddar cheese, shredded
2 green onions, chopped
4 eggs
2 C milk

Lay 4 slices of bread in a greased 8x8 pan. Sprinkle with bacon, mushrooms, onions and cheese. Lay remaining slices of bread on top. Mix eggs and milk together, pour over bread. Refrigerate 1 hr-overnight. Bake 1 hr at 350

Croissants

Ingredients: 

2 T sugar
1 ½ t salt
3 t yeast
3 C flour
1 ¾ C milk
1 C butter
1 egg
1 T water

Combine sugar, salt, yeast, and 1 C flour. Heat milk to 120-130 degrees. Slowly beat milk into dry ingredients until just blended. Beat 2 mins, medium speed, occasionally scraping bowl. Beat ½ C flour, beat 2 mins more. Stir in about 1 C flour to make
