Chewy Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients:
1 ¼ C butter
2 C sugar
2 eggs
2 t vanilla
2 C flour
¾ C cocoa
1 t baking soda
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, beat until smooth. Add flour, cocoa, and baking soda, beat until smooth. Cook at 350 until set but still soft.
