Ponche Crema

Ingredients: 

6 eggs
peel of 1 lime
3 cans sweetened condensed milk
2 cans evaporated milk
1 bottle brandy or rum (about 1 liter)
1 oz bitters

Stir eggs with lime peel and stir (don't beat). Pour cans of milk into the eggs, alternating types. Remove lime peel and add brandy. Put on low heat and add bitters, stirring gently for 20-25 mins or until thickened. Strain and bottle. Refrigerate.
