Sausage Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients: 

6 slices white bread, torn into large cubes
12 oz bulk pork sausage (tube)
4 oz sliced mushrooms, drained
1 ½ C cheddar cheese, shredded
½ C chopped onion
6 eggs
3 C milk
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 C sour cream

Brown sausage with onion and mushrooms. Crumble bread slices into 9x13 casserole dish. Add sausage mixture. Whisk together eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper. our egg mixture into casserole. Cover with cheese. Refrigerated at least one hour (up to overnight).

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Combine soup and sour cream and spread over casserole. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
