Ingredients:
1 bottle tequila
1 vanilla bean, sliced lengthwise
1 cored pineapple, cut into chunks
1/3 C packed brown sugar
Combine all ingredients, let sit for at least 4 weeks. Make sure fruit stays covered or shake/stir daily. Serve with cranberry juice
